Although I can understand the point made in this article, shouldn't we be embracing the benefits of new technology and understanding that media is an ever changing concept. Some things however, such as Jade Goody's diagnosis should never be aired as it crosses the fine line between shocking television and sickening televison.

This video amazed me. I can honestly say that I thought that it was created using intricate designs and modelling. The way in which it is constructed is inspiring, in particular the helicopter take-off.

Although I am extremely against manipulating and editing images as they create a false sense of beauty and never portray reality, I think that it is not possible at this late stage to ban the use of photo editing software in magazines and other media texts. However, in my opinion a disclaimer expressing the use of photoshop software in the image would make an considerable difference to the devastating effects these images can have on the lives of both men and women especially those who are young and naive.

At first this looked like an intricate model, and i actually believed it was until i read the blurb :P I think that this type of filming is absolutely stunning and it must have taken ages to make. I particularly liked the cars on the road at night and how their headlights give a stunning effect.

I found this really interesting how the type of filming made the scene look miniature, even toy-like.

Knowing that 99.9% of pictures in a magazine have been edited makes me angry as it feels like we reading and looking at a fantasy world which young people especially girls can naively think is reality.

I definatley thinking photoshopping of celebrities should be banned. It portrays a false image which puts pressure on people to look perfect, which creates alot of issues like eating disorders
